How long does delivery take?
Delivery within UK takes between three to five working days, but it may take longer during peak times and unforeseen circumstances.
Will I be charged for delivery with UK ?
Yes, it varies on the contents and weight of the parcel. However there is a free shipping offer for Order value of over £50
Can I track my parcel?
At the moment, we have not implemented an order delivery tracking feature. However, we are planning to enable this service soon.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK.
I have received the wrong products, what do I do?
Please contact customerservice@greenangel.co.uk with your delivery details and a picture of the items you received, please see our returns policy for more information.
There are products missing from my order, what do I do?
Please contact customerservice@greenangel.co.uk, with your delivery details and a picture of the items you received.
My shipping address is wrong, can I change it?
Please contact customerservice@greenangel.co.uk within 60 minutes of your order to have the address amended.
I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

I bought your product in a retail outlet, can I return it?
You may return your product to the retailer you purchased from with your receipt.
I bought my products from the Green Angel website, how do I return them?

Are your products vegan?
Many Green Angel products are vegan-friendly, please contact customerservice@greenangel.co.uk for the product list.
Do you test on animals?
Green Angel does not conduct any animal testing in the development or manufacturing of its products.
What is your product shelf life?
Six months after the product has been opened. Three years if unopened.
I’m pregnant, can I use your products?
When it comes to safety during pregnancy we like to err on the side of caution, therefore, consult your GP before use.
My dispenser pump is not working, what should I do?
Please watch a video showing how to airlock your pump, if the problem persists, contact customerservice@greenangel.co.uk
Do you have any travel-sized products?
Yes, please check out our Starter Kit and Overnight Bag.
Can I re-cycle your bottles?
Our Green Angel bottles can be recycled, please dispose of the pump in general waste.
Can I add a gift card to my order?
Yes, we have Gift Cards available to purchase.
My order is a gift, will the invoice be included?
No.
