How do I use it?
Generously pour the Green Angel Rest & Calm Bath Salt , into warm running bath to help it dissolve. If you do not have time for a bath, soak your feet by filling your desired foot bath three-quarters of the way full with warm water and dissolve a handful of the luxurious salts

When bathing or a foot bath.
