Returns Policy
In the event that you need to return or exchange a Green Angel product, please follow the procedure below.
purchased from Green Angel UK
Products purchased from the Green Angel UK website or directly from our UK warehouse can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date (shipping and handling not included).
Products may be returned for one of the following reasons:
1. Product damaged
2. Incorrect product sent
3. Faulty Product*
*Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products cannot be returned once opened unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please include:
- Reason for return
- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Whether you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange for a comparable product
Note: Gift sets and bundled products must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
Replacements for damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
purchased outside of Green Angel UK
If you have purchased Green Angel products from a retail store or online through another stockist, products must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Returning items to Green Angel UK
If Customer Service has asked you to return a product, please ensure products are securely sealed and packaged. Please also include the following:
- Original dispatch note
- Completed returns form (if provided)
- Receipt for return postage costs
Green Angel UK cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Once your refund has been processed, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Please report any breakage or damage to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DELIVERY Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
PHYSICAL GOODS
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from one of our Payment gateway partner containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via our shipping partner. Cut off time for same day dispatch of the order is noon, order received later in the day will be dispatched the next working day. The orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days within UK; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
